The Best Approach Getting Speed Reading Support

By Margaret Martin

With so many methods to decide from to learn how to quick read such as audio, video, software and even the internet a question begs why you would want to consider a personal tutor. After all, you do know how to read at this point, so why should you not save the extra cash? The answer demystifies the contrast between learning about and learning mastery and achieving speed reading support.

Conscious Incompetency is when you become aware of how far you are from mastery. You know what you don't know. You start to try to do some things in a new and different manner. You become frustrated and upset that "it isn't working for you." The vast majority of people give up at this stage, especially when learning to quick read.

The software program is aimed at educational institutions and students. The philosophy behind this is that children learn a new habit faster and also if you pick something at a young age it is more likely to stay throughout your life.

When you are at this stage, it is crucially helpful to know that this is where you are. Having a well-designed program with support from a trained expert and coach is essential to move through this stage. Without the support, ninety percent of learners give up learning to quick read. If only they understood they were at this stage! If only they could receive the help needed to move through the frustration and self-doubts!

Learning Passively, not Actively. Most people think of learning as a passive activity. Observing from outside the reader, it appears very quiet. Many people use learning to fall asleep. But effective learning comprehension requires our mind to be actively thinking about the print, questioning the author, relating to previous knowledge, etc. Effective readers, in fact, show lots of brain wave activity in many areas of the brain. By not questioning, comparing, associating, feeling, seeing, etc. Your learning is passive, regardless of whether you are learning fast or not. Ineffective readers display far less activity throughout the brain. Wake up your mind's response to the print!

Books or manuals on accelerated learning are available at a much lower price and will do you good if you follow the instructions carefully. As a beginner, all you need to get started is to know how accelerated learning works. Once you are aware what is accelerated learning and how it works, you can design your own training modules based on the techniques in the manual.

There are many sites providing free learning quickly and learning comprehension tests. Once you get started with the help of some guide, you can measure your accelerated and evaluate your performance. You may not need graphs and charts to really evaluate where you are heading. The simple learning accelerated tests will just ensure that you are on the right track.

You can overcome the above challenges then, by getting proper effective training, proper practice, and a willingness to sit through some discomfort while you perceptually transition your skills and build better approaches to comprehension so you can read really fast!
