JEDDAH: Almajd Younis got the better of Alitalia 7-6 via the tie breaker, after both teams were locked 1-1 during stipulated time, to the win the Bakhsh Football Championship title, organized by the Bakhsh Football Club and played in Sharafiya District, recently.
Omar Pogba was the man of the final. Other awardees were: Mohammad Hassan (highest scorer and best non-Pakistani player), Abas Jamali (best goalkeeper), Elyas Jamali (best player), Barcelona (best team), Adnan Bakhsh (best coach) and Ibrahim Cheeta (best manager).
The winners were awarded a cash prize of SR 700, a trophy and medals.
Yousuf Bakhsh, Nawaz Bakhsh and Ramadan Bakhsh were the guests of honor.
